Hatch has carried out assignments for power generators globally that have led to the installation of new thermal generating facilities with capacities ranging from a few megawatts to several thousand megawatts.

Hatch has also provided engineering services for a number of thermal power plant rehabilitation, upgrading and retrofit projects; the retrofit of electrostatic precipitators; and the installation of flue gas desulfurization systems.

Our portfolio includes advanced and unconventional power and power/heat concepts, including underground nuclear plant studies, peat and wood burning power plants, cogeneration, district heating, fluidized bed coal-fired plants, gas turbine and combined cycle plants, and compressed air energy storage.
